Do I need technical knowledge to use Camping-Beheer?
No. The management side is set up clearly and we help you with the configuration. We update your own brand name and details together.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You use your own campsite name, logo, colours and domain. Fully white-label, without Camping-Beheer showing in your guests' experience.
How quickly can my campsite go live?
After an introduction we set up the environment together. The schedule depends on the data you provide and the configuration you want.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Request a free test environment through the contact form; we prepare it for you personally.
What does it cost?
Packages from €19 per month, excluding VAT. Mollie charges its own processing rates and AI translation depends on your usage. We discuss the configuration and suitable options in advance.
Does it work for camper sites and nature campsites too?
Yes. We align the configuration with the site and the number of pitches.
Is a booking confirmed immediately?
With full online payment via Mollie the reservation is confirmed automatically. Without full online payment you approve the booking with one click from the dashboard.
How do seasonal rates and discounts work?
The pricing engine calculates seasonal rates, discount codes and length-of-stay discounts automatically. We set up the rules together with you.
What can a guest do after booking?
Pay online, cancel up to 48 hours before arrival, change dates, add extras and view the stay information with wifi.
